Six French soldiers were injured in an attack by two drones in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan. The French Armed Forces General Staff reported that these soldiers are participating in counter-terrorism exercises with Iraqi partners and were immediately transferred to the nearest medical center. Erbil Governor Omid Qochanaw stated that two drones targeted a joint base of Peshmerga forces and French troops in the Makhmour district of Erbil province.
