In northern Iraq, at the foot of a mountain and inside a hard-to-find tunnel, a group of Iranian Kurdish fighters are waiting for an uprising to break out in their country to move immediately, with or without American support. The group's leader, Rokhan Nierada, 39, who has spent 17 years with the Kurdistan Free Life Party, stands next to a photo of the imprisoned Kurdish leader Abdullah and says: "If there is an attack on the Kurdish people.
