The football club Zaxo has returned to the top of the Iraqi Professional League table after winning against the team Naft with a score of 2:1. This allowed them to overtake the team Zuwara and return to the lead of the competition.
During the match against Naft, both teams demonstrated a high level of play. The score opened in the 25th minute, and Zaxo maintained the advantage until the end of the first half. However, the team Naft managed to equalize in the 68th minute, keeping the spectators on edge. But Zaxo did not allow themselves to leave with a draw and scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute, securing their victory.
Zaxo's coach noted that the team demonstrated character and consistent reactions, which allowed them to achieve an important win. The players also highly praised the strengths of their opponents, acknowledging them as strong rivals.
