The Iraqi Football Union's Disciplinary Committee decided on Wednesday to consider the Diyala First Football team as having lost their match 0-3 due to a violation of the regulations of the Iraqi Stars Football League. The committee stated in a statement: 'The committee has come to a firm conviction that the Diyala First Football team committed a clear violation, as did the match supervisor, when they changed the team's starting lineup after the match began by replacing injured players, namely Ayman Mahmoud and Ayman Safaksi, and then returning them to the bench. After 11 minutes from the start of the match, the players were excluded. The match between the two teams, which took place last month at Diyala Stadium, had ended in a 0-0 draw.'
