The sources stated that league matches will continue in accordance with the schedule approved by the federation's competitions committee. This will happen even amid preparations for the Iraq national football team for the playoff match to qualify for the next FIFA World Cup finals. The 'Lions of the River' team will face the winner of another playoff match.
