The Peshmerga Ministry of the Iraqi Kurdistan government accused Iran on Tuesday morning of launching a missile attack with six ballistic rockets. The attack on a border post in the Soran area of Erbil province killed six Peshmerga fighters and injured 30 others. According to the statement, in two separate attacks, the headquarters of the 7th Infantry Brigade and forces from the 5th Infantry Brigade of the Peshmerga were targeted. The ministry described this hostile and treacherous act as being far from all human values and the principles of good-neighborliness.
