"In accordance with the procedure, set out in article 59 of chapter 19 of the FIFA Regulations on the status and transfer of players, the decision is still subject to appeals in non-disciplinary areas within a 10-day period, starting from the announcement of the decision," FIFA said in a statement.
In the case of confirmation of the decision against the team "Al-Qowa Al-Awwal", the club will have to withdraw from the championship.
