The guide of the Iraqi government Muhaammad Shiyya al-Sudani presided over a weekly meeting of a working group on combating the coronavirus. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of adhering to preventive measures and called for accelerating the pace of vaccination.
"We must intensify vaccination efforts for our population and adhere to all necessary anti-epidemic measures," al-Sudani emphasized at the meeting.
The head of government also noted the priority of ensuring public safety and preventing relaxation in the fight against the spreading virus.
