The administrative board of the Iraqi sports club Al-Zawraa, in consultation with the coaching staff led by young Iraqi coach Louie Salah, has decided to terminate the contract with Brazilian striker Matheus Silva by mutual consent. It is worth noting that the Brazilian professional Matheus Silva had signed with Al-Zawraa's administration during the winter transfer window, but he failed to perform well with the team. This situation exposed the administration to significant criticism from the fans of the first team, as Silva did not prove to be an asset. Consequently, the contract with him was a complete failure, for which Al-Zawraa paid the price, with its results declining due to the team's weak offensive system.
