According to the words of the representative of the rights holders, it was announced on Thursday that Baghdad returned more than 150 families from the Al-Houl camp in the northeast of Syria, where families of militants from the terrorist group "Islamic State" are located. "We continue to work on the repatriation of all Iraqis from various camps on the territory of Syria. More than 150 families from the Al-Houl camp were returned yesterday," the official representative stated.

He also emphasized that the process of returning children and women, who are Iraqi citizens, will continue. "We are working to ensure conditions for the controlled return of all Iraqis in a safe and legal manner," the representative added.

It is important to note that many of these families were in the camp under inhumane living conditions, and their return to their homeland is considered an important step for their reintegration into society.
