
On Sunday, Iraq's Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Sudani held a meeting with representatives of the largest foreign oil companies operating in Iraq.
He discussed with the meeting participants the current state of the oil industry in the country and the prospects for developing cooperation. Representatives from companies such as Shell, BP, Lukoil, and others were present.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of cooperation with foreign partners and expressed the government's readiness to support their activities in Iraq. He also noted the necessity of attracting investments in the oil sector to maintain stability and develop the industry in the country.
The meeting was convened to discuss current problems and find ways to resolve them to ensure the effective functioning of Iraq's oil industry.
