Dana Gas confirmed its continued close and ongoing coordination with relevant parties, stressing its commitment to keeping the market informed of any substantial developments. It is reported that the facility has been shut down in accordance with approved operational procedures, while maintaining facilities in a state of operational readiness, ensuring technical preparedness and enabling optimal restart as soon as suitable conditions allow. In Sharjah: Al Khaleej newspaper reported that Dana Gas announced the temporary suspension of production operations at the Khor Mor field on February 28th of last year. This decision was made in full coordination with the Ministries of Natural Resources and Electricity of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq as a precautionary measure in light of the current regional security situation.
