
In Iraq, as reported by representatives of human rights organizations and medical sources, as a result of an explosion in an alcohol store in Baghdad, two people died. Another injured person was hospitalized with injuries. Witnesses recounted that a blast occurred first, followed by a fire. At the time of the incident, employees of human rights organizations were present, as well as emergency response teams. An investigation is currently underway to establish all the circumstances of the incident. According to eyewitnesses, as a result of the explosion, several buildings and parked cars were damaged. Authorities do not rule out that the cause of the incident may have been a malfunction of the alcohol store.
