
Yesterday, Iraq's Minister of Defense Tabat al-Abbasi confirmed that the borders of his country with neighboring states are fully secured, and there are no problems in the field of security.
According to him, Iraqi armed forces provide permanent border protection and conduct operations to prevent any threats. He also added that the situation at the border is stable, thanks to improved security operations.
It is noted that Iraq shares borders with several countries, including Syria, Turkey, Iran, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. The minister emphasized that joint efforts are being made with neighboring countries to strengthen security and combat terrorist groups.
"We are ready to cooperate with all our neighbors to ensure stability and security in the region," emphasized Tabat al-Abbasi in his speech.
