The new statistical report indicates an increase in electricity consumption in the country over the past months. The representative of the government, Vice-Premier for Energy Hiyam Abdelgany Assad, emphasized the importance of reducing electricity consumption to ensure the stability of the grid in the future. "We call on all citizens to be responsible in their use of energy. This concerns not only domestic consumption but also industrial enterprises," noted Assad. He also pointed out that the government plans to take steps to improve energy efficiency and incorporate renewable energy sources to reduce dependence on traditional energy sources.
