Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani stated on Saturday that the government's success in conducting the electoral process is a crucial step for strengthening the country's democratic institutions. He emphasized that free and fair elections reflect the will of the Iraqi people and contribute to achieving national unity. According to al-Sudani, the authorities made every effort to ensure security and transparency at all stages of the voting. "We take pride in being able to organize these elections under challenging circumstances," the prime minister noted. He also called on citizens to actively participate in political life and support democratic reforms.
