The outgoing Prime Minister of Iraq emphasized the need to form a government capable of implementing the priorities of the current stage, while the Independent High Electoral Commission rejected more than 71 election appeals.
"We must form a government that can implement the tasks facing the country, primarily in the areas of security and providing services to citizens," the Prime Minister stated.
